The city of Koper is the fifth largest city in Slovenia. Proud of their historic center, they have created an extensive plan to free the zone from vehicle traffic to ensure better air quality and to give the inhabitants and visitors the chance to enjoy the city’s vast cultural offer to the fullest. The construction of the new Belvedere parking garage is only the first step to achieve this, and ParkHelp Technologies is proud to be a part of it.
The Belvedere underground parking garage below de Museum Square in Koper is an ambitious infrastructure project meant to improve traffic and mobility in the historic center of the city. Once off the streets and inside the parking garage, ParkHelp’s parking guidance system guarantees that the drivers will find a free space in little to no time.
The ultrasonic single space system was the chosen technology for the parking guidance within the facility. It’s easy to install, long-lasting and its high-accuracy will provide the most effective parking guidance in the new garage in the historic center of Koper. Our system will guide the users quickly to the 465 available parking spaces, providing a high-level parking experience that will keep the streets less congested, the air cleaner, and the visitors of the historic center happier.
