These are difficult times, and we at ParkHelp are committed to doing everything we can to keep our employees and customers safer.

Using the latest guidelines by the World Health Organization and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, we have developed and implemented procedures to limit person-to-person contact, increase access to and use Personal Protective Equipment, monitor and maintain facility sanitation, and more.

These measures include the following.

For Our Employees

We provide our employees the tools and support they need to work from home if they are live in an affected region or they feel their health is in jeopardy. This allows them to sustain a high level of customer service and functionality while maintaining their feeling of safety and security.

For our employees who cannot work from home, including installation team members, we are issuing the necessary recommended Personal Protective Equipment are providing training and education on PPE usage, social distancing and sanitation practices.

We will not force team members to enter or work in an environment that they feel is unsafe, and we make every effort to ensure their comfort and safety while on the job.

For Our Customers

We ensure all workspaces are cleaned and sanitized before we leave.

We provide contact-free sales and customer service, and in instances where in-person meetings are necessary we require our employees wear PPE and maintain social distancing.

Much of our system maintenance work can be performed remotely, adding an additional layer of protection.

And, to aid our customers in their quest to keep their clients safer, we provide guidance on implementing hygiene procedures in parking buildings, supply sanitation devices for neutralizing viruses and other pathogens in the air and on surfaces, and offer best practices for using guidance systems to partition parking areas – separating parking for employees, families, high risk groups and more.
