Experienced, Innovative Leader to Help Guide Company’s Technology Strategy to Enhance the Customer Experience

ParkHelp, the fastest growing parking technology company in the world, with intelligent app-based solutions that reduce the time it takes to find a parking space by half, has named Craig Marshall its new Chief Technology Officer. Marshall will be responsible for building strategy and creating technology infrastructure that continues to enhance the customer experience and delivers world-leading software and app-based products.

“Craig Marshall has an impressive background of leading world-renowned teams in the software space,” said Jake Bezzant, CEO of ParkHelp. “The technical and leadership experience he brings to our team will allow us to continue to innovate and stay at the forefront of software and app development in our space.”

Prior to joining the ParkHelp team, Marshall was most recently the Chief Operating Officer and Director of Application Development at Futrix Ltd in Wellington and Wairarapa, New Zealand. During his time with the company, Marshall was responsible for leading application development and support of its multi-million dollar revenue business intelligence platform while managing multiple teams within the overall business. He has also led development and operations teams for companies including the NZ Transport Agency, Snapper Services Limited, BIS2 and Compudigm International. Marshall began his career as an engineer and project manager at the New Zealand Racing Board.

Purposefully designed to reimagine the parking experience for drivers, parking managers and communities, ParkHelp’s app-based intelligent parking technology works in three ways. Parking Guidance shows exactly where available stalls are. The ParkUpTM Mobile App makes it easy for users to find available spaces, reserve spaces in advance of arrival, pay for additional time, locate their car and more. ParkHelp also offers real-time data management, allowing property managers to understand how a garage is operating and achieve better utilization of its spaces.
