ParkHelp is adding to our sales team with a focus on building long lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their business goals are achieved because of using ParkHelp’s Parking Guidance Solutions.

The initial focus of the Inside Sales Manager will be to sell Maintenance, Support Services and system upgrades to existing ParkHelp customers. The Inside Sales Manager will, as soon as they are ready, move into a Director of Sales, Eastern US position.

As an Inside Sales Representative you will sell to an assigned Customer List to achieve objectives, liaise with the President of ParkHelp to manage the customer relationship, develop the account penetration strategies, and close business. This is a role for a person who can thrive in an environment that is continually growing and changing.

This is a remote position based on the east coast and will be supporting the Global ParkHelp Team.

What will you do?

  • Sell services based on Strategic Value on long-term contracts
  • Sell via outbound calls, email and Zoom presentations
  • Manage and close opportunities through accurate forecasting, account strategy, and planning
  • Generate sales leads and increase pipeline with targeted clients
  • Collaborate with Field Technicians and Project Managers for new business acquisition
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ParkHelp products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
  • Undertake Management level discussions with Client Operations & Finance Teams
  • This position may include other duties we reasonably require you to do.

What You Have Done

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent sales experience
  • Software or Hardware sales experience in the Parking Industry is an advantage
  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers
  • Consultative, great attitude, strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience using SalesForce.com
  • Customer-first approach
  • Team player and capable of working independently
  • Adaptable to changes and open minded

Salary Range

  • Base Salary $105,000
  • On Target Earnings $210,000
