Customer Success Manager (Remote Mid-West)

We are ParkHelp, the global leader in parking guidance technologies. We are searching for a Customer Success Manager, an integral part of our sales team who will focus on building long-lasting relationships with our customers, ensuring their business goals are achieved with ParkHelp’s Parking Guidance Solutions.

As Customer Success Manager, your primary focus will be to connect existing ParkHelp customers to Maintenance & Support Services. Reporting directly to the President of ParkHelp, you will manage relationships with a portfolio of clients, develop sales strategies, and increase closed sales.

This remote position based in the Midwest will support the Global ParkHelp Team. An ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that is continually growing and changing.

Position duties will include:

  • Sell services based on Strategic Value on long term contracts
  • Sell via outbound calls and emails
  • Manage and close opportunities through accurate forecasting, account strategy and planning
  • Generate sales leads and increase pipeline with targeted clients
  • Collaborate with Field Sales representative for new business acquisition
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of ParkHelp products and technologies, competitors, industry trends
  • Undertake Management level discussions with Client Operations & Finance Teams

Preferred Candidates will have:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Software or Hardware sales experience with a focus on existing client base
  • Proven ability to manage sales cycles
  • Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers
  • Consultative, great attitude, strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office and Google Docs
  • Experience using SalesForce.com
  • Customer-first approach
  • Team player and capable of working independently
  • Adaptable to changes and open-minded
  • Foreign Language skills an advantage – Spanish, Portuguese

Salary Range

On Target Earnings $80,000
