Shawn has spent his career working where technology meets the public realm, supporting cities, universities, and campus operators as they address how people move, park, and use the curb.
His experience spans parking enforcement, parking guidance, and curb management, with a strong focus on municipal and campus environments directly aligned with the work of ParkHelp & Cleverciti.
Shawn focuses first on understanding the specific parking or mobility problem a client is trying to solve – whether that means reducing congestion, improving compliance, helping drivers find parking more efficiently, or improving daily operations.
Having spent much of his career working with public-sector and campus clientele, Shawn understands the realities that shape technology deployments, including budget cycles, public accountability, procurement requirements, and daily operations.
Throughout his career, Shawn has held sales and business development leadership roles across the parking and mobility industry, driven by a focus on practical solutions to a client’s problems.
Shawn is also an active voice in the parking and mobility community, publishing regularly on curb automation and the future of the urban curb to participating in IPMI and regional association conferences.
Shawn is also a lifelong musician, trombonist, and multi-instrumentalist living in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. A background that reflects the same discipline, adaptability, and attention to detail he brings to his work.
